100. Without You/Never Forget You - Mariah Carey

Wow at how Many time Mariah Carey made the list. Payola must be nice.

Mary's only #1 made the list, Had "Be Without You" gone #1 it would of made the list. The song has the 8th largest radio audiece of all time. And it stayed #1 on Airplay for 9 weeks & was #1 on EVERY radio format in the United States, but the same week the song should of went #1, Billboard changed the rules & added downloads into positions & thats when Rihanna's forhead took over the digital era.

But as we all know "Be Without You" spent a record breaking 15 weeks at #1 on the R&B charts & is considered the most successful R&B song of all time.
